This Series 7 Carving Knife is characterized by a base made of hardened stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 60°, offering excellent long-lasting cutting quality. Two layers of Damascus steel cover the base to protect it against corrosion. The ergonomic micarta handle provides excellent grip.

Attention: this knife is not dishwasher safe. Ideal for restaurant professionals.
