Lid easy to position on the bowl for simple and quick use.
Mechano-magnetic safety system and motor brake causing the knife to stop as soon as the lid is opened.
   Smooth knife as standard with removable cap.
    Optional, serrated knife for grinding and kneading and the toothed knife, recommended for cutting parsley.
   Pulse control for better cutting precision.
Model equipped with an ergonomic handle for better comfort.
   Vegetable cutting accessory, common to R301 and R301 Ultra models, consists of a vegetable cutting bowl and a lid. The bowl and lid are removable. 
   Large chute (surface 104 cm2) allowing the cutting of vegetables like cabbages, celeries, salads, tomatoes.
  Cylindrical chute (ø 58 mm) designed for long or fragile vegetables, ensuring remarkable cutting precision. 
    Complete range of stainless steel discs available for all your fruit and vegetable cuts: slices, wavy cuts, sticks, and grated.

The R 301 professional food processor has a pulse function and a continuous ejection system meaning a side ejection mouth to allow you to put your preparation directly into an ingredient bin or a saucepan for time and cleaning savings.

Automatic machine restart by the lever for better working comfort and speed of execution.

This combined cutter and vegetable cutter allows you to save a lot of time while achieving a perfect result. Efficient, its Cutter bowl is made of stainless steel, making it even more robust.

This professional vegetable cutter Robot Coupe is delivered with 4 discs: 1 slicer 2 mm, 1 slicer 4 mm, 1 grater 2 mm, and a stick 2 x 2 mm and it also has a smooth knife.

Moreover, 23 compatible disc models allow you to vary the preparations and you can optionally order the Kitchen Kit coulis function, or the Kitchen Kit citrus press function for maximum versatility!
