Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Cooking Stone measures 250 x 250 mm. Thanks to its thickness of 3 cm, it retains temperature for a long time. Moreover, this natural soapstone can be heated in the oven up to 300°C maximum. It includes a support made of chrome-plated steel wire with wooden handles for safe handling. Finally, it allows you to cook thin slices of meat, fish, vegetables, or fruits.
