This model, entirely constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, is synonymous with robustness and longevity, even in the most intense kitchen environments.

Spacious, the Pro Line Blast Chiller features dimensions of 800 mm in width, 850 mm in depth, and 2010 mm in height, allowing it not only to hold up to 15 GN 1/1 trays but also to integrate harmoniously into confined spaces without compromising capacity. Each tray can accommodate containers with a maximum depth of 50 mm, facilitating the storage of large food volumes that require rapid cooling.

Equipped with a power of 3.5 kW on a 400 Volts supply, this model uses the efficient refrigerant gas R 452a. Its ability to quickly reduce temperatures from +90°C to +3°C or down to -18°C for larger loads ensures optimal preservation of the nutritional and taste qualities of food, crucial for any establishment aiming to offer fresh and high-quality dishes.

The ventilated cooling system of the Pro Line Blast Chiller, combined with automatic defrosting, promotes uniform cold distribution, eliminating variations that could affect food quality. Moreover, with a noise level of only 65 dB, it maintains a calm and comfortable working environment, essential for sustaining a productive kitchen atmosphere.
