This Aluminum Braiser features a sandwich bottom (stainless steel/aluminum/magnetic steel) and combines the perfect heat distribution of aluminum with the resistance and magnetic characteristics of stainless steel to allow it to be used on induction plates.

Polished and satin-finished exterior. Low-temperature guaranteed stainless steel handles fixed with rivets. Lid with steam escape holes. Its dimensions are ø 300 x (h) 200 mm.
