This Professional Fryer from the Kitchen Line range is ideal for snacks and fast food professionals. Made of stainless steel, it is particularly strong and reliable. It has a double stainless steel tank of 2 x 4 L allowing you to cook large quantities of fries. Its temperature range is between 50°C and 190°C. To protect and ensure the quality of the oil, this fryer has a cold zone.

Thanks to its removable tank, this fryer is easy to clean. Additionally, it is equipped with a removable heating element with an automatic shut-off function when removed. It also has an indicator light to show if the heating element is working and a safety thermostat to protect the fryer from overheating. For optimal protection, it has a reset button. Finally, it measures L 470 x W 380 x H 330 mm.
