Professional Gear Slicer 300-G

This Professional Slicer 300-G from the Bartscher brand is equipped with a gear drive with a power of 400 W.

Reserved for professional use, it is particularly suitable for cutting large pieces of charcuterie and cheese. It has a very resistant chrome-plated aluminum blade with a diameter of 300 mm. Furthermore, it has a cutting length of 250 mm with a cutting height of 220 mm.

Equipped with a blade sharpener, you can easily sharpen the blade to maintain an exceptional sharpness. Adjust the cutting thickness between 1 and 30 mm to obtain slices of varying thickness.

Moreover, its rotation speed reaches 270 revolutions per minute to slice all kinds of cheeses and hams cleanly and quickly. Thanks to its recovery tray, the hygiene of this slicer is enhanced.
