Negative Refrigerated Cabinet GN Double Door Series G - 1200L

Polar Series G lockable 2-door negative cabinet with a capacity of 770 liters, accepting up to 20 GN 2/1 depth 100mm. Stainless steel construction on castors for easy cleaning and maneuverability. Fully automatic control with constant digital display, self-closing doors (from 90°) and 6 solid adjustable shelves that can be quickly replaced by GN containers if necessary. Fan-assisted cooling allows for rapid temperature recovery and thus reliable and safe daily storage - an excellent choice for a professional kitchen NB: Ensure a 50 cm space between the appliance and the ceiling. Requires 14 additional rail kits (S403) to accommodate 20 GN containers. Polar Series G refrigerated furniture is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With solid commercial construction and robust compressors, choose Series G refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that you need to open frequently. The Polar Series G range excels in ambient temperature conditions up to 32°C. Is there storage space at the top of the negative cabinet? The Polar has an open top section to maximize airflow and improve access to refrigeration components. Therefore, you cannot place objects on top of the unit. Are both doors lockable independently? Yes, each door has its own lock. Is it manual or automatic defrosting? The Series G has an automatic defrost cycle, helping to avoid excessive frost buildup. If necessary, you can start a manual defrost cycle from the digital control panel.
