Polar Series G refrigerated cabinets are designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose Series G refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that will be frequently opened. The Polar Series G range excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. Does this cabinet have fixed shelves? No, the G series comes with six adjustable shelves as standard and two floor shelves. Each shelf can be removed and replaced with GN 1/1 trays if necessary (sold separately). Is there an advantage to having the compressor at the bottom? Negative cabinets with compressors at the bottom have two main advantages. Firstly, the unit draws the freshest and cleanest air from the kitchen, helping it operate more efficiently and reduce costs.
