Polar Series U refrigerated furniture is designed to reliably store your highest value products. Built to the strictest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling, ideal for reducing the risk of food degradation while preserving their flavors and nutritional qualities. If you plan to open your furniture very frequently, the Polar Series U refrigeration system reliably maintains a consistently cold temperature, in ambient temperatures up to 43°C. Do the refrigerated drawers also have seals? Yes. To maximize energy efficiency, the door and drawers are equipped with removable, easy-to-clean seals. Are all parts of this table compatible with GN? Yes, GN 1/1 trays can be placed in the part with the door as well as in the drawers - ideal for quickly transferring food between appliances. Can the drawers be removed?
