Suitable for regular or intensive use, it includes a machined cast iron plate certified for food contact with a diameter of 40 cm. Its stainless steel chassis ensures strength and durability. It is also equipped with an on/off switch integrated into the protected control handle and a heating indicator.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a thermostatic regulation from 50°C to 300°C for precise cooking. Its heating elements are in a coil to ensure even heat distribution.
