Made of 18/8 stainless steel for the exterior finish, and 201 stainless steel inside, this equipment offers exceptional resistance and ease of cleaning, essential in a professional kitchen environment.

The well-thought-out dimensions of this cabinet (903 mm in length, 700 mm in depth, and 1090 mm in height) allow for easy integration into kitchens where space is valuable. Additionally, it offers a capacity of 230 liters, thus optimizing the available space for ingredient storage.
