This Profi Line Tenderizer has 51 Blades. It is made of ABS and 18/8 steel. It helps improve the quality of your meat and reduce the length of its fibers. Thanks to it, the marinating time is reduced as the sauce and spices will penetrate more quickly.

This modern and efficient tool is ideal for enhancing meat. The vertical blades reduce the length of the meat fibers and at the same time the meat is flattened. Thanks to the tenderizer, the marinating time is reduced by 25% compared to traditional methods.

Using the tenderizer on spiced or sauced meat allows the spices or sauce to penetrate deeper into the meat. Soft springs, easy to use, better result. Its dimensions are 150 x 42 x (h) 118 mm.
