	Even cooking on cast iron plate: the Ø 400 mm cast iron plate accumulates and evenly distributes heat across the entire surface. Result: regularly golden crepes, without cold spots, even when cooking consecutively.
Power and responsiveness: with 3000 W under 230 V, the device quickly reaches its working temperature and maintains it despite successive cooking — a decisive advantage during peak hours.
	Precise thermostat from 50 to 300 °C: the graduated rotary knob allows fine temperature adjustment between 50 °C and 300 °C, to adapt cooking to wheat crepes, buckwheat pancakes, or more delicate preparations. The POWER and HEAT indicators on the front provide a quick view of the heating status.
Robust round stainless steel chassis: the stainless steel body withstands shocks, splashes, and repeated cleaning in a professional environment. Its compact round shape (400 x 400 x 160 mm) easily fits on a worktop or counter.
