Professional Gas Crepe Maker - Comfort Range - Ø 40 cm

Ideal for catering professionals, this Professional Gas Crepe Maker from the Comfort Range is perfectly suited for regular to intensive use. Robust and durable, it features a stainless steel frame and a 40 cm diameter cast iron plate certified for food contact. For even heat distribution, this plate has a large diameter 8-branch burner.

Additionally, it is equipped with a built-in spark ignition in its protected control knob as well as an automatic temperature regulation function for the plate. Moreover, the temperature can be adjusted between 50°C and 300°C for precise cooking. To prevent heat loss, the burner is thermally insulated.

Finally, this appliance includes a recessed front panel for easy cleaning and enhanced durability. Its wide feet provide excellent stability.
