This Kitchen Line Fryer is ideal for catering professionals. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, it is both strong and durable. It has a double tank for a total capacity of 12 L. Thanks to this, you will be able to cook large quantities of fries. Easy to use, it includes a temperature range between 50°C and 190°C.

Furthermore, this professional fryer is equipped with a cold zone to protect and ensure the quality of the oil. Easy to clean, it has a removable tank and a removable heating element with an automatic shut-off function when removed. Additionally, it has a light indicating if the heating element is functioning. It also has a safety thermostat protecting the fryer from overheating. For added protection, it has a reset function.
