Perfect for kitchens where space is limited, the double temperature base Polar U series offers valuable additional refrigeration or freezing capacity, while serving as a solid base for other kitchen appliances. The single drawer can accommodate up to 4 GN 1/1 trays and can be adjusted to provide very reliable professional positive or negative refrigeration.

The front-mounted digital control panel makes operation and temperature monitoring easy, while the wheels and stainless steel construction ensure easy positioning and cleaning. Polar U Series refrigerated furniture is designed to reliably store your highest value products.

Built to the strictest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling, ideal for reducing food spoilage risks while preserving their flavors and nutritional qualities. If you plan to open your unit very frequently, the Polar U Series refrigeration system can reliably maintain a consistently cold temperature, in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
