Professional Polar U-series positive refrigerated table in stainless steel with a practical worktop. Semi-automatic defrosting with time interval and digital display. Equipped with lockable casters for greater maneuverability. Designed to reliably preserve your high-value products. Built to the strictest commercial specifications, these units feature a powerful forced air cooling system, ideal for reducing the risk of food deterioration while preserving their flavor and nutritional value. Shelves can be removed and easily replaced with GN 1/1 containers if necessary. Additional GN bins can be added by providing additional shelf supports (sold separately). Light catering equipment such as blenders or vacuum packaging machines can be placed on the worktop. Heavy equipment or heat-generating units are not recommended. The Polar positive refrigerated table benefits from a quick return to temperature thanks to a powerful fan-assisted cooling system.
